Digital platforms used traditional media as a launchpad, captured attention and behavioral intelligence, built infrastructure, and then migrated investment entirely. Broadcast TV may be facing a similar inflection point today. Strong reach and audience numbers sustain the present, but without data intelligence, digital integration, and the ability to connect attention to intent and conversion, the model gradually loses ground. The future belongs to media convergence: a single ecosystem where attention, intent, and transaction flow together.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><!-- CORPO DO ARTIGO --><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TV Aberta e Converg\u00eancia da M\u00eddia: O Sinal que Poucos Viram<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>converg\u00eancia da m\u00eddia<\/strong> n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma previs\u00e3o distante. Ela est\u00e1 acontecendo agora, em camadas, enquanto a TV aberta ainda celebra n\u00fameros de audi\u00eancia que, por sinal, continuam relevantes. Mas relev\u00e2ncia no presente nunca foi garantia de sobreviv\u00eancia no futuro. A hist\u00f3ria da m\u00eddia j\u00e1 provou isso, de forma brutal, uma vez antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Erro que a M\u00eddia Impressa Cometou, e que Poucos Lembraram<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 vinte anos, a Editora Abril era o centro gravitacional da m\u00eddia no Brasil. Dominava aten\u00e7\u00e3o, verba e narrativa. As maiores empresas do mundo anunciavam em suas p\u00e1ginas, inclusive as pr\u00f3prias big techs, convidando o mercado para o universo digital. Naquele momento, a l\u00f3gica parecia simples: se os maiores do mundo anunciam aqui, esse modelo \u00e9 s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3 que o jogo nunca foi sobre o an\u00fancio. Sempre foi sobre dados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As plataformas digitais usaram a m\u00eddia impressa como alavanca. Capturaram aten\u00e7\u00e3o, comportamento e intelig\u00eancia de mercado. Constru\u00edram infraestrutura. Aprenderam com cada clique, cada busca, cada intera\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando esse ciclo fechou, o investimento migrou. E o mercado da m\u00eddia impressa entrou em colapso, n\u00e3o por falta de relev\u00e2ncia naquele momento, mas por falta de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 nova l\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A TV Aberta Est\u00e1 no Mesmo Ponto de Inflex\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A TV aberta segue forte. Lideran\u00e7a de audi\u00eancia, cobertura nacional, capacidade de agenda. Tudo isso \u00e9 real, e eu respeito profundamente o meio. Tenho hist\u00f3rico de d\u00e9cadas trabalhando com televis\u00e3o e sei o que ela representa culturalmente no Brasil. Portanto, o que digo aqui n\u00e3o \u00e9 cr\u00edtica ao meio. \u00c9 uma leitura do movimento hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O problema n\u00e3o est\u00e1 no presente. Est\u00e1 na aus\u00eancia de movimento em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sem intelig\u00eancia de dados, sem integra\u00e7\u00e3o real com o digital, sem capacidade de conectar aten\u00e7\u00e3o com inten\u00e7\u00e3o e convers\u00e3o, o modelo de TV aberta perde for\u00e7a ao longo do tempo. N\u00e3o de forma abrupta, mas gradual. Da mesma forma que a m\u00eddia impressa n\u00e3o morreu da noite para o dia, mas foi perdendo camadas de relev\u00e2ncia comercial, uma a uma, at\u00e9 que o investimento migrou definitivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo dados da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emarketer.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eMarketer<\/a>, o investimento global em CTV, ou seja, televis\u00e3o conectada \u00e0 internet, j\u00e1 ultrapassou a barreira dos 30 bilh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares anuais e segue crescendo a dois d\u00edgitos. Por outro lado, a TV linear tradicional perdeu share de verba publicit\u00e1ria pelo quinto ano consecutivo. Esses n\u00fameros n\u00e3o s\u00e3o uma senten\u00e7a, mas s\u00e3o um sinal claro de onde o capital est\u00e1 se posicionando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O Que a Converg\u00eancia da M\u00eddia Realmente Significa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A converg\u00eancia da m\u00eddia n\u00e3o \u00e9 sobre um meio substituir o outro. Essa \u00e9 uma leitura rasa e, frequentemente, equivocada. O futuro n\u00e3o \u00e9 a morte da TV aberta. \u00c9 a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do que a televis\u00e3o pode ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na l\u00f3gica da converg\u00eancia, a m\u00eddia deixa de ser canal e passa a ser infraestrutura. Um ambiente onde aten\u00e7\u00e3o, inten\u00e7\u00e3o e convers\u00e3o acontecem no mesmo fluxo, integrados, mensur\u00e1veis, interligados com dados de comportamento real do consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso j\u00e1 est\u00e1 acontecendo no universo da CTV, sigla para <em>Connected TV<\/em>, a televis\u00e3o conectada \u00e0 internet. Plataformas de streaming, Smart TVs e servi\u00e7os de FAST Channels, ou seja, canais lineares gratuitos distribu\u00eddos via internet, est\u00e3o construindo exatamente esse tipo de infraestrutura. Conte\u00fado, dado e transa\u00e7\u00e3o operando no mesmo ecossistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, a pergunta que o mercado deveria estar fazendo n\u00e3o \u00e9 &#8220;a TV aberta vai acabar?&#8221;. A pergunta correta \u00e9: &#8220;a TV aberta vai evoluir para esse novo modelo, ou vai observar de fora enquanto outros constroem a infraestrutura que a substitui como meio de conex\u00e3o entre marcas e consumidores?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quem Entender Isso, Evolui<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 emissoras e grupos de m\u00eddia no Brasil e no mundo que j\u00e1 entenderam o movimento. Est\u00e3o investindo em dados pr\u00f3prios, em plataformas de streaming, em audi\u00eancias endere\u00e7\u00e1veis, na capacidade de conectar exposi\u00e7\u00e3o com inten\u00e7\u00e3o e compra. Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o explorando formatos interativos e novas camadas de monetiza\u00e7\u00e3o que v\u00e3o muito al\u00e9m do spot de 30 segundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado, h\u00e1 quem ainda veja a CTV e o streaming como amea\u00e7as a serem combatidas, em vez de territ\u00f3rios a serem integrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A hist\u00f3ria da Editora Abril n\u00e3o foi uma trag\u00e9dia inevit\u00e1vel. Foi uma escolha, feita ao longo de anos, de n\u00e3o se adaptar \u00e0 nova l\u00f3gica antes que fosse tarde. Essa escolha custou caro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A TV aberta brasileira tem audi\u00eancia, tem confian\u00e7a, tem capilaridade. Tem, ainda, tudo o que precisa para liderar a converg\u00eancia, em vez de ser engolida por ela. Mas essa janela n\u00e3o fica aberta para sempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclus\u00e3o: O Momento de Escolher \u00e9 Agora<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A converg\u00eancia da m\u00eddia n\u00e3o espera. Ela se instala silenciosamente, enquanto os n\u00fameros do presente ainda parecem confort\u00e1veis.
